The spacious 60 sqm basement holiday apartment located directly on the Kiel Fjord in the Baltic Sea resort of Heikendorf offers everything you need for a relaxing, eventful, and unforgettable holiday by the Baltic Sea for up to 3 people. The beach at Heikendorfer Bay is just 200 meters away, and the swimming area is only slightly further at 300 meters. You can reach the town center with numerous shopping opportunities in less than a 5-minute walk.
In the living and dining room and in the bedroom, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of nature and the Kiel Fjord while winding down your holiday day. Adults sleep in the spacious, stylishly furnished bedroom on large double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m). The children's room is small and cozy, but also has a mattress size of 0.90 x 2.00 m. The luxurious fitted kitchen boasts a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, and freezer, and is extensively equipped with cutlery and dishes for 12 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and double sink, ready to handle morning rushes.
On the almost 40 sqm terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and loungers, the sun shines from late morning until sunset, and you can listen to nature or the ships passing by. The 1000 sqm garden is available for your use and invites you to play, explore, and linger. During harvest time, you can eat apples, cherries, plums, and currants directly from the tree or bush.
Throughout the apartment, you can access free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100 Mbit. You can enjoy movies and HD television on a 49-inch television connected to a Blu-ray player. A compact sound system is available for music enjoyment. The use of telephones with direct dialing is free.
From April to October, a spa tax is applicable in Heikendorf (1.25 to 2.50 € / adult / day).

Arrival by car
Coming from Hamburg (south) or Flensburg (north), drive on the A 7 and A 215 towards Kiel. Take the exit towards 'B 76 – Lübeck / Ostuferhafen'.
If you are coming from the south via A 21 and B 404, turn right onto B 76 in Kiel.
Follow B 76 until the exit to the right towards 'B 502 Laboe / Schönberg'. Follow the route of B 502 until the exit 'Heikendorf Süd' and turn left towards Heikendorf. Drive on the road until you reach the gas station in the town center. Turn left into Hafenstraße before the gas station. After 200 meters, turn right onto Friedrichstraße. You have reached your vacation destination.
Arrival by train
If you arrive at Kiel Central Station, we recommend the following options to get to your holiday home:
By bus: Get on bus line 100 (towards Laboe) or bus line 101 (towards Heikendorf) at the station and ride to the stop 'Künstlermuseum' in Heikendorf (travel time 20 to 25 minutes). From there it's 450 meters on foot. Head towards the town center, turn left into Hafenstraße before the gas station, and after 200 meters, turn right into Friedrichstraße. By ferry: Get on the ferry at the station towards 'Laboe / Strande'. Get off at the 'Möltenort' dock (travel time about 45 minutes). The walk from there is about 750 meters. You have reached your vacation destination. Schedule at www.sfk-kiel.de.
